A historical panorama of the video expression in the U.S. Europe, Argentina and Cuba, organized by the Ludwig Foundation of Cuba and the Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry (ICAIC). Curators introduced their sessions and participated in conferences and open debates. The festival provided Cubans with a unique opportunity to view highlights from the video collections of major U.S. museums and alternative spaces.
